Refund/Return Policy

Gift Certificates purchased for services at Heather's Holistic Health, Dover, Delaware, are not refundable and are only to be used at Heather's Holistic Health for any of our services or products offered at the time of redemption.

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a service of equal value.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• If your gift certificate is lost, we may be able to look it up, however only if we can research it by date of purchase, name on gift certificate, or gift certificate number. We cannot research by credit card number. If you believe your gift card has expired, please contact our office.
• Expired gift certificates have no monetary value, but may be exchanged for a service of equal value.
