- Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a service of equal value.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- If your gift certificate is lost, we may be able to look it up, however only if we can research it by date of purchase, name on gift certificate, or gift certificate number. We cannot research by credit card number.
